The cure for computer game addiction?

I came home from running errands today to find Jason at the table, helping Emily and Evan with homework. Well, Evan didn't have any homework, Jason was making up addition problems for him. Evan was so proud of his work, he ran up to show me all his correct answers. After about 10 more minutes, Jason told Evan he had done enough and he could go play on the computer now. And, get this -- EVAN ASKED FOR MORE MATH PROBLEMS! This cannot be my child. Who has FUN doing math???

Well your husband did major in math; it might be genetic.

While I was stuck with Zach and Macy waiting for their delayed plane in Newark (everyone's fav place..) Macy whipped out a notebook and pen and amused herself with math problems. Every problem had multiple letters and square roots with a few numbers thrown in the mix (you know the kind-each problem takes a full page). She wanted Zach to check her work...Zach did two and then told her it was his Christmas break and he was NOT doing any more math. She couldn't understand why he wasn't enjoying it as much as she was. Clearly not my genes.
